Disabled parking –
The hotel has disabled parking reserved for disabled guests only, and must be booked at the time of booking a room.
Entrance to the hotel is accessible – along with five steps there is a standard slope ramp with handholds.
The door is automatic and wide (over 80 cm).
The dining room, lobby and pool are on the ground level which is accessible.
In the dining room tables and chairs are accessible, the serving stalls are self-serve.
Also, you can always ask for help from the dining room staff.
There are services accessible in the lobby.
Pool – The path to the pool is accessible, you can sit in custom chairs (with handholds), access to the pool with stairs and a handhold. In addition, there is a water dispenser, you should ask the rescuer.
There are no toilets and locker rooms near the pool.
The cafeteria in the pool is not accessible, but you can ask that the cafeteria worker go out to the customer to take an order.
The Sunny Bar Club is inaccessible.
Accessible Rooms – There are two disabled rooms on the ground floor next to the pool.
Children’s Club – The children’s club on the ground level next to the pool – the road to which it is accessible, you can request a suitable chair and a table adapted to the sizes of adults (low furniture for children).
The spa-spa is inaccessible, spa treatments (at the same price) can be requested for the rooms.
Audio Luggage – You can request a hearing system for the TV and a modular alarm system and an accessible telephone when booking a hotel room.
